Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Requirements and Notes
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

- The model withdrawal form may be used, but is not required
- If you request performance before the withdrawal period ends, you may owe proportionate compensation for services already provided

- State clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract
- Where possible, include your name, order or contract details, and contact information
- No reason is required
- For electronic submissions, we recommend using the same email address that was used for the order
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
In the case of service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires early under the statutory conditions if we have fully performed the service and you expressly agreed before performance began that we should start providing the service before the withdrawal period expired, and you confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.
- The mere start of performance does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal
- As a rule, the right of withdrawal expires only once the service has been fully performed
- Your other statutory rights remain unaffected
